Hollow City – Book Review

Hello, people of the internet!

A few years ago, I read Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children and simply enjoyed it! It has a fantastic concept and memorable characters, so when it finished, I couldn’t wait for the sequel. Now, I have a habit of planning to get a sequel to any book as soon as possible…only to actually getting round to buying a copy years later (who else does this?).

An Evening With Lauren James – Book Event

Hello, people of the internet!

A few weeks ago, I went to a Waterstones book event in Manchester to see Lauren James talk about her new book, The Loneliest Girl in the Universe, which is her third Young-Adult book. I had heard of the book quite a few times with many people showing lots of interest in it. Alongside the fact that I love reading stories set in space, it convinced me into getting the book for myself and learning more about it as well as Lauren James herself.
