Coraline (The Graphic Novel) – Book Review

Hello, people of the internet!

Since Halloween is nearly among us, I have been preparing myself for spooky films, pumpkin carving and, of course, scary books. I have decided to reread a classic of mine, but this time, instead of book or film form – I have read it in the form of a graphic novel! Continue reading “Coraline (The Graphic Novel) – Book Review”

Winters’ Snow – Book Review

Hello, people of the internet!

As it’s nearly Halloween…and I haven’t got any scary stories to read, I decided to read Carrie Hope Fletcher’s novella, based on her novel On The Other Side, instead. It is only a tiny novella and I read it within an hour, yet it certainly didn’t feel as long as I was reading it.

I’ve been largely absent this month due to starting a new job. I didn’t realise how much time it takes from the week and so I took time off blogging in order to get used to my new job, responsibilities and routines. I’m honestly still getting used to it.

However, despite this, I’m happy with what I did manage to post in September and here they are! Continue reading “September Summary”

Replica – Book Review

Hello, people of the internet!

Have you ever read a flip book before, where there’s two stories in one book – you read one side to read one story then you flip and turn the book around to read the other one? A book that looks like you’re reading the book upside down and confusing everyone that sees you reading? Well, Replica is such a book. Continue reading “Replica – Book Review”
